Our initiative is dedicated to producing authentic organic rice using the traditional Dheki (Dhaki) milling method — a time-tested process that preserves nutrition, aroma, and natural taste.

At the same time, we integrate modernized machinery to reduce physical strain on laborers, improve yield, and ensure consistent quality — creating a balance between heritage and technology.

From grain stocking, milling, quality control, hygienic packaging, to distribution — every step is carried out under one roof with full transparency and traceability.

This work is monitored and guided by Bonhooghly Gramin Paribar Society, Kolkata, ensuring ethical practices, fair livelihood opportunities, and community welfare.
